Ageless vegan celebrity MYA has just announced she has is helping others start 2018 healthy, with the launch of her free online vegan transition guide.

As part of the launch, MYA is hosting a First Quarter 7 Day Challenge, where participants adopt vegan, raw vegan, alkaline vegan or juice fasting diets for a week. The Grammy-award-winning recording artist encourages those taking part to tag her in social media posts of daily meals, and use the hashtag “#MYAPlanet9”.

The transition guide is written by MYA herself, who has been vegan for long enough to know the ‘ins and outs’ of the lifestyle. She hasn’t kept quiet about what she believes to be her ‘fountain of youth‘ – her animal-free diet, of course. MYA has also urged her 1 million at the time Twitter followers to take a vegan pledge and just last month, her 28-day raw vegan challenge gave followers a chance to win a vacation.

This new in-depth guide currently sits at 19 pages but is promised to be consistently updated. From an introduction to veganism, a run-down on what vegans do and don’t eat, wear, and purchase – to a helpful collection of books, online films, and social media accounts to guide your transition, MYA hasn’t left much, if anything unanswered.
