  • 4 hotdog buns
  • 7 ounces 200 grams vegan grated cheese
  • 3.5 ounces 100 grams vegan creme fraîche
  • Suggested toppings: roasted or chopped onions, vegan mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, sliced jalapeños

    Preheat the broiler to high heat.
