These Savory Orange Glazed Carrots Make the Perfect Side Dish

I think I have mentioned before that I am not a huge fan of carrots. However, apparently Farm Box is because they send me carrots almost every single time!

One of the few ways I like to prepare carrots that actually excites me is when I glaze them in a sweet-savory vegan butter.

I had a bunch of oranges in this haul, so I found a recipe that used the sweetness of the citrus and lots of vegan butter to accomplish this same goal. I served the orange glazed carrots to a friend for dinner, and there was none left! So, I know I am not the only one who likes this combination.

Even though carrots aren’t my favorite, I love the challenge of finding new ways to enjoy them! I especially love it when other people enjoy them with me.

These orange-glazed carrots are super easy to make and only require four ingredients! Plus, they make the perfect side dish to just about any meal.
