Ingredients
- 300 grams sweet potato, peeled and steamed
- 250 grams white potato, peeled and steamed
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free butter
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4-5 tablespoons plant-based milk

Heat 200-300ml water in a large saucepan and steam your potatoes until soft.

Mash your soft potatoes in a large saucepan, add in the dairy-free butter whilst they’re hot, and mix in the nutmeg, cinnamon, and plant milk.
