However, this could all be about to change. Sara’s Cosmic Cookie Dough – made with almond flour and vegan ingredients – is safe to eat raw. Founded by Sara Sims, the cookie dough – which “tastes just like your classic favorite” – is available in three flavors, chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, and oatmeal chocolate chip, and it’s also gluten-free and grain-free.

It adds that mums can now let their children indulge in raw cookie dough without worry, those who want to diet can incorporate the product into their meal plans, and even athletes can consume the cookie dough guilt-free, substituting it for protein bars.
