It is so hard to explain how good these taste! This is a raw 100 percent plant-based meal.
I was dubious whilst making the walnut meat, but I have to say it was OFF THE CHAIN! So easy to make.
- For Walnut Meat:
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Tamari or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- For Raw Tacos:
- shredded cabbage
- Mango coleslaw
- Thinly sliced radishes
- For garnish:
- Blend all walnut meat ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Wrap walnut meat and rest of ingredients, excluding tahini and sriracha, in crispy fresh lettuce leaves.
- Garnish tacos with tahini and sriracha HOT sauce!
