This vegan recipe is not only delicious-looking but perfectly themed for Earth Month. The vegan CBD cake pops feature vanilla cake covered in blue and green white chocolate icing made with blue spirulina powder and matcha powder, respectively.

The best part of this recipe is that it’s super easy to make and only requires 7 ingredients: the vegan vanilla cake mix, soda water, CBD oil, melted coconut oil, white chocolate icing, and the two powders.

CBD, which is short for cannabidiol, is the non-psychoactive chemical compound found in the cannabis plant. Although CBD doesn’t provide a high the way that THC does, some studies show it may have certain health benefits. These include promoting relaxation and wellness by relieving pain and anxiety.

To whip up this adorable CBD cake pops recipe, you will need cake pop sticks and an icing piping bag.
