Seattle’s always been a leader on the forward-thinking front (Space Needle, anyone?!), therefore it came as no surprise that the city’s vegan game was right up there with the nation’s best in terms of its deliciously fresh, and local, plant-based fare – being impressively listed on PETA’s “Top 10 Vegan-Friendly Cities of 2016.”

While most regular eateries offer some fine veggie options to keep you going in a crunch, the abundance of top-notch exclusively vegan spots here means it’s highly unlikely you’ll have to lean-on any side-dishes for nourishment!

Although spoiled for choice in this pioneering plant haven, we thought we’d point you in the direction of our top 5 “go-to” meatless breakfast, lunch and dinner joints.

Pro-Tip: Keep some room for dessert…(You’re welcome!)
