Vegan Women Lead the Charge At 2018 Plant Based Business Conference

Women leaders often are not given the same spotlight as their male counterparts. However, a new vegan conference challenges this unspoken social norm by recruiting only female vegan and plant-based leaders and innovators. The Plant-Powered Women Leadership Conference, as it’s called, is undeniably going to be conversation-starter and trendsetter when it comes to Sydney in the beginning of 2018.

The conference was organized by Kathy Divine, a vegan author and publisher. Divine, who has written such books as Plant-Powered Women, Plant-Powered Men, and Vegans Are Cool, went into this monumental task with a very clear mindset. “The conference is a tool for sharing my vision of a world where the feminine takes the majority of the leadership roles,” Divine said. “I can think of no one better suited to being a leader than a vegan woman who has all of the ethics and compassionate grounding that a great leader should have.”

“I can think of no one better suited to being a leader than a vegan woman who has all of the ethics and compassionate grounding that a great leader should have,” she added.

The variety of leaders and speakers is astounding. You have everyone from psychologist and communications trainer Clare Mann, journalist and founder of Vegan Business Media Katrina Fox, and naturopath and work-life balance expert Eve Nguyen. There’s a little bit of everything, promising a fully rounded and fulfilling experience for all who attend.

Even more inspiring women may be announced to speak, so stay tuned. The Plant-Powered Women Leadership Conference will be hitting Sydney Saturday, March 17, 2018. For more information on the conference and/or to get your tickets way in advance, click here.
